If your only maintain your diet you can reduce your weight very easily with some exercise. 1- take green tea 3 times / day. 2- avoid sweets, chocolate, ice creams or cold drink. 3- take only home made food like roti, sabji, daal, chawal (brown rice). 4- take heavy meal in breakfast, do not skip breakfast, and litter meal in night. 5- take dinner atleast 3 hr before sleep. 6- don't take tea, coffee. 7- with this diet plan walk atleast 30 min morning and evening. 8- you will see the result within 10 day.
