Hi Dr. I?m having a doubt. First of all i?m not facing any issues of phimosis or paraphimosis. But my question is when my penis is in non erected stage my foreskin feels so loose and there?s and excess foreskin hanging at the tip of the penis (say like 1 cm hanging), is there any problem in this or this is normal? I?m 26 and virgin. Another doubt to clear is, i?m masturbating like 2 or 3 times a day with my foreskin this will cause the foreskin to be lengthy and loose?
