Hello, my name is naranthung and I wanted to inform you that I have some weird symptoms like chronic coughing for no reason, unexpected weight loss in a sense i'm getting thinner, fatigue ,muscle pain, night sweating and sometimes a pain in my chest. Can anyone please help me find the sickness for my symptoms?
