I am 28 years n my problem is right ear perforation, n I have no pain n pus coming out for ear should I have require any precaution n treatment?

Hi, if you could take care to see that water does not enter the ear, even a single drop, and get immediately treated for cold, if you get one. Your ear wouldn't discharge if you would like to swim and not worry about above mentioned things you could as well get operated and get the perforation closed.
