When I go for an early morning walk or jog, the throat gets dry and I start coughing to get normal. This problem exists until I have water and slow down my exercise. Please explosion the root cause , guidance and remedies.

You need to be examined for proper advice. As a first aid, I advice you to take lot of water You can do Warm Salt water gargling of mouth daily after walk. Get back to me if problems persist.
