I will suggest only simple things to be followed by a person living with family. Reduce bad fats and empty calories of sugar and fats. Do take good fats like a spoon of desi ghee or butter and a katori of assorted nuts everyday. Eat as much as you can digest according to constitution. Take seasonal vegetables and fruits plus a spoon of honey in warm water with juice of a lemon water everyday on an empty stomach. Eat one meal of daal roti chawal everyday preferably in evening. Drink warm water or green tea or proteins supplements to clear acids in stomach and to beat the hunger pangs. Munch an apple or salad as a snack but no burger or other street foods. Walking is simple exercise that helps to protect your heart by meditation along with exercise. All exercises are meditating. Make sure about air pollution levels. It's not worth exercises in polluted air, keep a steady cycle at home. Grow more plants in home and breath natural oxygen through their clean leaves. Prevention is the mantra.
