I'm not so fat. But my stomach is. Whenever I eat anything .my stomach increases too much. If I do not eat also it is vry big. I was to make my stomach in shape. What should I do.

Dear lybrate user, try this two yoga for having flat belly. Do it regularly five times each of 30 rounds. These yoga are namely vinyasa flow and naukasana. Best results if done regularly and as per instructions in one week. For further more please revert back to me.
