I have a cut on my anus region that you can say that it's an anal fissure and it occurs time to time at that place of anus region why does it occurs on time to time and why it occurs I have took a medicine and stomach clearing medicine syrups so that it will be gone but it occurs again why does it happening and it just pain when I go for washroom and my penis also feels a strong burning sensation when I eat something spicy foods and my backside of where kidney relies that region also start pain sometimes what's the reason behind this and why does this occurs at my backside of kidney region and anal area and that penis pee hole.
