I have had a burning sensation, and sometime pain in my penis. Additionally, there is an intermittent back pain ,testicular pain and each time when I am aroused or talk to my partner colorless discharge comes out. I thought there were stis but after multiple tests they are all negative, I am in the clear. I am beginning to suspect that this may have been caused by excessive masturbation, which was painful as it was vigorous. Is this an sti problem or its something, I hear that these tests may give false results? Please help.
