I am 43 years old I have been having severe pain and bleeding during the first 2 days of my periods. So I got a usg done of the pelvis which said mildly bulky uterus with polypoidal endometrial hyperplasia. M and endometrial thickness 13. 0 mm doctor suggested biopsy which showed no atypical cells but hyperplastic tubual irregular glands and few are cystically dilated. Please suggest on what line of treatment should be followed.
