I was prescribed Selocane XL and Cardaron X by a cardiologist in February 2015. However, I have been noticing that mm BP READINGS ARE 62-72/95-110 and pulse rate is 48-60 beats per minute and low pulse rate often causes me fatigue that leads to tension. What is recommended for me? I am a gym freak with well built body And always on a high protein, low fat diet.

As far as bp medicines and others are concerned you should see your physician but taking too much protein alongwith workouts may be damaging the kidneys in the long run. Be careful.
