Hi. I am extremely concerned about my stool habits recently. I have for a few months found that I do not feel relieved after I use the bathroom. At first I get diarrhea and then I can go any further even though I still feel I need to. I am extremely worried this is colon cancer as that is what I am finding when I look online. I do have a lot of anxiety when it comes to my health and I am heading away on holidays soon and I am worried without getting any clarity or first opinion before I go I will need to cancel the holiday. I know this is a common symptom of a lot of things but I can't stop myself from thinking the worst and would love your opinion on whether or jot this may be colon cancer or something along those lines. I am a 26 year old female, no major health concerns previously. I take vitamins daily, this a multivit, vit c milk thistle and vitamin d3. I do not smoke but I do vape and drink occasionally but not often. I work out 3 times a week but other than that not the most active.
