I am 50 years old woman and after I get up in the morning from my sleep I have pain in my lower legs . What should I do ?

Please do not sleep under direct fan/ac. Take mag phos 6x - twice daily 4 tabs for next 10 days do not stand/sit too long at a stretch do hot and cold compresses if this relieves you.
