I am 18 years old. My height is 6 feet, but my weight is not to the required level. I am Vegetarian, and guys tell me that being vegetarian is the reason for my under weight. Is that true? And could you please suggest healthy tips for my weight gaining with natural methods?

No being vegetarian does not cause you to be under weight at all. However, wrong eating pattern can cause the same. You need to have balanced meal. Opt for plant based protein source. Have more pulses / legumes, soy in form of tofu / soy milk / soy chunks, milk, paneer etc. Have a meal which has a good combination of carbohydrate, protein, fats, vitamins and minerals. Eat fruits and vegetables in abundance. This will help you to stay healthy and gain healthy weight. All the best!
