Can a human with rabies infect another human? My friend who have bite from street mad dog .and he scratch me on my hand. But no blood get out. Is any problem with me?

The chances of human to human transmission are very less. There are no well documented cases except from organ/cornea transplant. However since rabies is 100% fatal, you should get yourself vaccinated.
