My wife is 30 and in mid december she delivered a baby via c-section. Now we are having normal sex after taking precautions as was advised by her gynae post delivery. We are using condom as contraception method but further want to go without it. I wanted to know from that can we settle with today vaginal pills for birth control? Post delivery she has not had her periods till now. Please suggest further regarding contraception method.

During lactation the periods remain suspended naturally. A nature's way of contraception. Now to answer your question, I would not advise for pills as they are very harmful and can increase chances cancer. U should use calendar method once her menses starts. Till then condoms are safe and most easy to use. Consult online for proper guidance and treatment.
