What is your vitamin d3 level? if anyone say you have low d3 level, ask him what is the authentic lower level of d3 accepted in the world of medicine? my say is don't bother about your vitamin d3. It has nothing to do with your pain. You can't have pain in your entire left half of the body. I can't identify any disease that can have such pain! don't worry about that. You start doing brisk walking - 30 minutes daily followed by free hand physical exercise regularly. Start taking some supplements that may help or at least shall do no harm to you - 1) neurokind od - 1 tab daily after bf and 2) shelcal 500 - 1 tab daily just before breakfast. Both for 15 days to 1 month. I am just giving you these medicine as I am unable to see you, I don't think you shall have any problem if you don't take it. Your body weight is perfect if your height you wanted to mean is 5' 11. Do some meditation regularly. Well visiting neurologist is not a bad option. At list it can be authenticated that you don't have any disease.
