There is no such thing like perfect figure. If you are eating right, doing regular exercise and sleeping well and having normal bmi, then you are healthy.

There is no perfect figure, you are only 18+ 4.11 feet & weigh only 40 kgs. Focus on general health. Get hb tested, eat healthy food with more proteins like milk & curd and eggs if you like, carbs and good fats like a spoon of desi ghee and butter plus a katori of assorted nuts everyday to get good fats & proteins. Do exercise in moderation & remember that at 18 you are still growing up teenager. Get back with details after a month.
