I am having some problem in my nails. They are so thin and yellow in color. Some of them grow by bending. And the colour inside the nail skin is red. Toe nails are also the same. Is there any link between hair and nails. I also has a hair problem. I am suffering from hair fall. Is there any fungus infecting the nails. There will be some white colour dust particles in nails. How can I get a healthy white nails. Please help me.
