I am 38 years old, have so much fat on my face and belly area. Please tell me how can I reduce it. Fat burn capsules are helpful in fat reducing or not. My schedule is very busy and not fix because my job is touring job so I can't do exercise daily early in the morning.

To reduce body fat you have to follow a nutrition program and exercise well. Fat burners by itself will not work, it has to be accompanied with exercise n diet. You need not exercise all days. To start with do it at least 3 times a week and then later to 5 times a week. To maintain a low body fat and/or lower body fat: 1. Exercise at least 5 times per week 2. You need to eat them in right proportion. Avoid eating sugar and sweets, refined foods like maida, noodles pasta, White rice and products, bread. Drink a lot of water.
