I am 24 years old male. I feel very tired and lazy always. I like to be active but am not able to be so. Loss of weight 2kg and stamina in last 3 months. Am not as healthy as b4. What should I do get my activeness back?

Hi , start taking healthy diet, include more sprouts, and protein food, eat fish avoid, red meat, chicken, start physical exercise daily 30-45 mins.
