I used patanjali biscuits, is it good for health as they advertise and all products of patanjali. What should I use? In my daily breakfast, lunch and dinner. What should be my daily schedule for healthy life?

I can't tell you either patanjali products are good or bad but anything in excess can create problems. So you can take sometimes in small quantity but try to take fresh fruits & vegetables & natural things. You should take homemade daliya poha, upma, idli, oats etc. For healthy life include all the food groups in daily meal. Never skip your breakfast, take 3major meals &2-3 small meal. Do regular walk or exercise.
