Walking and jogging are both cardio vascular exercise and jogging is more intense than walking. As jogging is more intense, so the results are more effective. If a person has knee or any joint issues, he should walk rather than jog. But for a healthy individual it is always advisable to jog than walk on a muddy track rather than on a concrete surface.
