I an 16 years old and I am unable to sleep for last 3 days properly. Taking the sleeping tables is not good for health. So please can you suggest me another way to have a calm and good sleep.

Hi lybrate-user, try to rule out what is disturbing you and come away from that. Having hot shower at night, drink hot milk, or reading a book, listening to soothing music before go to bed might help.
