Dear Doctor, As I discussed earlier also that I was frustrated by my job profile and workload. Therefor now I have left my job and want to start my new healthy life with immense energy. I want to start to do Yoga, Meditation and physical Exercise. Since I have become so lazy thus it seems very hard to start. Dear lybrate-user. You need some natural antioxidants for boost up your energy. Like. You can take green tea with slice of ginger at morning add 2 biscuits also (multigrain or digestive marie). At breakfast muesli or oats or corn flakes (plain flavour) with skimmed milk or vegetables or 3 slice of brown breed with lettuce, cucumber, tomato, boiled egg. No addition of butter or margarine. You should take two fruits at mid morning like (apple/ pear/ guava/ orange/ musambi). At lunch medium size bowl rice or 2 rooti (medium size), green salad, sour curd, dal/ rajma, skin less fish or chicken. Evening you can take sprouts or mixed fruit salad. At dinner take large bowl mixed soup (chicken breast+ carrot+ beans+ capcicum+ noodles (20gm)+ black pepper+ salt) (serving wt150gm, serving size 1 large bowl) for veg: mushroom/ paneer can be used.
