I sweat a lot. Even when I am just sitting, even though the situation is like I am just came from bathing. I sweat this much in 5 minutes. Please let me know what's the reason and what's the solution.

Please check your blood for sugar levels thyroid hormone levels hemogram send report on lybrate meanwhile avoid oily spicy and fast food avoid chilees avoid excess tea coffee do regular exercise yoga and pranayam have a habit of jogging daily till sweating take plenty of water take salads and fruits more.
