I am chandrasekar, my sister 32 years old newly diagnosed with pituitary macroadenoma size around 4 cm also compresses optic chiasm. She was started taking medicine a month before with doctors advice tab. Cabergoline 0.25 mg twice a week. Her prolactin level is 226. Kindly give a suggestion for a treatment.
