Can anyone tell me the difference its gonna make towards my body if I go to jogging or if I go to gym? I want to know the difference between the two.

There are two kinds of exercise modes aerobic and anaerobic, jogging, walking, cycling, dancing are all aerobic forms of exercise also called cardio vascular. Doing these exercise you can improve your heart health and build up stamina. The other form which is weight training is anaerobic form which you do to build muscle hence strength and reduce body. Both in combination works best for a person. 3 days of weight training and 3 days of cardio is ideal.
