Oil is good for health depending on what kind of oil you use for cooking. Healthy oils are ghee, cold pressed coconut oil, cold pressed til oil, olive oil, cold pressed mustard oil. Bad oils are generally the processed oil (refined oil) that we get in the market. Chose the good ones to cook in the right proportion. Excess of bad oils can cause a lot of health issues like obesity, heart problems, diabetes.
