Hi I am 15 years old boy. I have a fight match so I need muscle. I always do physical exercise but not works. How can I increase my stamina and muscle. Pls some effective tips.

Dear for gaining a toned body along with exercise you need to balance out your diet too. Eat eggs fish (if non veg) soy cheese milk and milk products pulses, fiber rich food like whole grains oats bran brown rice etc eat seasonal fruits and vegetables also. Take any protein supplement whey protein is good but take it under supervision of your coach or doc.
