My child suffering from fever since 4 days. I take him antibiotics and pcm 250 but not recover .after taking pcm fever gone for 5-6 hrs and again come.

For fever beyond 4 days, doctors or child specialists have to physically examine the child, usually prescribe necessary investigations and arrive at diagnosis to further treat the child. Til such time Paracetamol or similar medicines and cold water sponging is to be continued as necessary.
