take calcium tablets - calcarea phos. 6x/ 3 times a day day for 3 months.
15-20 minutes of sun exposure in the morning time 2-3 times a week is also necessary for production of vitamin d3 by our body specially bones.
Do visit dentist once in 6 months.
Use proper brushing techniques with a fluridated toothpaste. Brush, floss n use mouthwash twice daily. Massage your gums with your finger tips after brushing. Keep your tongue clean. Rinse your mouth well after each meal. Visit your dentist for dental checkups every 6 months to detect n prevent dental probs and also get scalling done once in a year.
