My body has started increasing chest fat actually I was very fatty before and have a lot of fat over my chest. When I started losing weight I started with crunches then I realized it doesn't gonna lose my chest fat now I started stairs and I loose a lot fat but chest fat has started rising again. How could I loose chest fat now.

hello aditya, chest fat is not stomach fat its not going by crunches or stairs. if u want to loose first of all you have to cut off fat in your diet plan and low carbs like after wakeup 1 glass warm water with little lemon and honey breakfast oats with milk, 3 white eggs, papaya , 6 almonds brunch salad , green tea lunch 1 chapati, green vegies, little curd before workout 1 apple , black coffee after workout 3 white eggs, sprouts, 1 apple,1 glass juice dinner 1 chapati, boiled daal, salad, boiled chicken breast, before sleep green tea things to remember no sugar no xtra salt no junk food drink plenty of water or in workout u do running , pushups , pechdeck, and more chest workout specially fly
