I'm planning to go on a diet which may include sprouts n fruits in breakfast, dahi choora/dal chawal in lunch and dalia at night. Also in between snacks like cream cracker will be taken. Is this diet OK as it does not contains any roti cereals etc.

You should eat roti atleast once may be in afternoon and rest of your diet is correct, you may continue with it. Along with diet you need any kind of physical activity like walking, jogging, yoga etc. Thanks.
