Please help me I am addicted to mobile phone since lockdown, my screen time was around 10 hours and now I am experiencing several negative things its becoming worst day by day and symptoms are increasing I am feeling memory loss, forgetfulness, difficulty in academics I am very stressed about what is happening with me about my future please help me. I just want to know that if I stop my screen usage will I be completely normal? thank you!
