The relaxation response puts the brakes on stress and brings your body and mind back into a state of equilibrium. Start bringing deep breathing, yoga and meditation in your life. Get up early in morning, go for jogging. Give time to your self, you can just lie down on your couch and listen to calm music and visualize yourself in place you love to be. I hope this will help.
