I am an athletic player but suddenly like a few weeks ago I have pain little bit down to calf muscle if I walk or run pain starts and I don't want to take any medicine I want to get cure and help me out please.
Dear lybrate-user I think you have muscle strain and it needs detailed evaluation you can apply ice for 20 minutes every hourly for 2-3 days and avoid anything which gives pain so that it recovers well and then only you can do your athletic activities.
