My male friend has the addiction of masturbation. And it has 4 years doing the masturbation. He has pain on his penis. And there's some infection in the lower of penis. He has a deep pain in penis and the lower of penis. What should he do for get rid out of his addiction of masturbation.

Hello- penile pains are commonly caused by fractures during sexual intercourse or by prolonged over masturbation. Other causes include use of penile pump or inflammation of the urethra (urethritis).
