I am 30 years female, cannot sleep properly for past few days and I tried many remedy but problem is not solved. Please suggest me some treatment.

Natural remedies for aiding in sleep are as follows: 1. Sleep at regular or more or less fixed time. 2. Don't have any stimulants after 4 pm like coffee. Stop smoking if you do. 3. Review any stressors, if there are any and discuss them out with someone. 4. Have milk before sleep. 5. Listen to soothing music. 6. Dim the lights at least 1 hour before sleeping. 7. Check your sleep position. 8. Don't use any light emitting gadgets for at least 45 minutes before sleep. 9. You can take a hot water bath before going to bed. 10. Try reading some book which is not so interesting till you sleep.
