I am 26. Weight 68. Height 169.8 c. M.Getting big tummy day by day. I want to be slim. I eat rice thrice. And very idle to exercise. Suggest me what is the quickest way of fat burning. Is diet necessary?

hello, yes diti is necessary. remove rice from your diet. and eat high protien diet like, chicken breast, boiled chiken, boiled white eggs, pulses, sprouts, tofu, tuna, salmon
