Hello, I'm a college student, I used to travel 75 km in bus for three times a week so tat my body gets heated often, though I used have body cooling food. What can I do to keep my body cool?

To lower down body heat- * drink 10 ml gulab jal twice a day with a glass of water. * do not eat non veg (chicken, eggs), peanuts (moong fali), dry fruits especially kashew (kaju). * drink upto 2-3 liters of water everyday. * practice sheetali pranayan in the morning for 5-8 minutes.
