Mr. Lybrate-user singh, please explain the level mentioned 150 mg is it fasting sugar or pp or random. What is the hba1c%? because honey is another form of sugar, as it contains 50% fructose and 50 % glucose, like sucrose (sugar). Like sugar it also increases blood glucose level and fairly rapidly. A little bit of honey may be taken if blood sugar is in full control, with fasting around 100 mg and pp 150 to 160 mg, hba1c% <7. Thanks.
