Please increase your level of physical activity. Start exercising regularly for an hour (brisk walk/ yoga/ gym). Practice kapalbhati, squats & crunches daily. take stairs instead of lift & walk/ cycle instead of hiring a transport. You may include some outdoor sports in your daily routine like cricket/ football/ tennis/ squash/ badminton. alternatively you may join swimming/ dance/ yoga/ aerobic/ karate/ boxing classes.
