Diagnosed bph last year. Prostate vol 35 cc. Pas in march 22 was 1.13. In march 22 it is 0.87. Both tests from same lab. Doctor prescribed alfuzosin 10 mg for 9 month between march 22 to dec 22. Then he stopped medicine with advise to start it again if problem occurs again. In ultrasound done in dec 22 prostate vol was still 35 cc and retention was negligible. From dec 22 not taking any medicine. My question is whether this decline in psa by 0.26 (0.87 from 1.13) is normal between march 22 and march 23. Taking no. Medicine after dec 22. On rosuvas 5 mg and concor 2.5 mg for 12 years.
