I am done ECG echo tmt lipid thyroid all are normal since November but in echo report shows GRADE 1 DYSTOLIC DYSFUNCTION AND TACHYCARDIA DURING STUDY AND RECENTLY ECHO REPORT SHOWS NOTHING.
