Hi, discoloration of teeth since childhood can be due to many reason. These reasons could be flourosis, tetracycline stains, developmental disturbance of teeth and many more. Although bleaching can be done for most of cases, it gives best results for tobacco stains. Other methods include veneers which replaces the outer layer of teeth. The best method is to determine the cause of discoloration and then decide the treatment accordingly. Regards.

From childhood you have discoloration mean mostly that is dental flurosis or amelogenisis imperfecta. You consult a dentist first. Veneer or fpd is good.
