this is wisdom teeth. get your teeth x-rayed to determine whether there is enough space for the teeth to erupt completely. if not, it'd better to get it removed. temporary relief can be achieved with some painkillers. use mouthwash twice daily after brushing. do salt water gargling 7-8 time a day. avoid hard n hot foods.
It seems that you are suffering from pericoronitis.
Visit a near by dentist. He /she will prescribe you medication. If the problem persists then get that offending tooth extracted.
