Teeth turning yellow can be of many reasons eg staining food stuff causing stains as in tea, coffee, smoking, chewing tobacco, tomato ketchup, soy sauce, turmeric powder and natural ageing phenomenon of teeth.
Some of these stuff gives superficial stains/ external stains and some are quite absorbed by tooth leading to internal stains.
But at our age which is quite young getting yellowness is not an issue.
Our milk teeth are bit whiter as compared to permanent teeth. So my advice is to reduced eating food stuff causing stains visit a dentist and get scaling and polishing done for removal of superficial stains.

The simplest method of removing minor surface stains is polishing, or micro-abrasion if staining is more intrinsic. Provided that your discolouration is not due to inadequate enamel exposing the dentin, tooth whitening (bleaching) is often the most effective treatment for yellow stained teeth. Advance procedures can be done with laser. Use snowdent tooth paste for whitening until then. Apply snowdent paste on the teeth. Wait for 10 to 15 min. Then brush your teeth with the same paste. Applying it overnight for better results.

For better looking teeth, the first and most important thing is that you teeth should be clean, and free from plaque (accumulated food debris) and stains. For that, you must get professional scaling/cleaning done from a dentist.
After that, you can head for tooth whitening procedures such as bleaching and laser tooth whitening.
