I am not getting sleep at night after 3 am getting sleep nicely. Can you give any solution for my problem.

1. Have early dinner 3 hrs before bed time, 2. Excercise regularly for one hour preferably in the morning times. 3. Avoid to use laptop/mobile/computer/tv screens one hour before bed time. 4. Avoid stimulants like tea and coffe in night time. 5. Do relaxing things like reading books, listening music, meditation, etc 6. Follow these regularly, then only you feel it is beneficial.
