I'm going to marry and my would be has lupus nephritis. So which contraceptive pills I can use? Can I use unwanted 72 also?

The minipill is safe for most people with lupus. These pills contain just progestin and are taken daily. Injected forms are not safe for those with apl antibodies or proteinuria. You get injections of progestin-only contraceptives, such as depo-provera, every three months.
